Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-11-02
The short version: Commits you have not spent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Commits you have spent, and card packs you have opened, cannot - they are digital content already consumed - except where the law says otherwise.
Who refunds you
Purchases are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle, to the payment method you used.
Within 14 days, unspent
If you have not spent the Commits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying them. The refunded Commits are removed from your account.
Once spent or opened
Commits and card packs are digital content, supplied immediately online. By asking for them to be credited at checkout, you accept that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom lapses once they are delivered and consumed. Commits already spent, and packs already opened, are therefore not refundable, except where your local consumer law requires it.
When something went wrong
If you were charged and the Commits never reached your account, or you were charged twice for the same order, you are refunded in full, whatever the date and whatever you have spent since.
How to ask
Write to contact@devdeck.fr with the email address of your DevDeck account and the order number from your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle directly through the link on that receipt. You will hear back within a few working days.
Closing your account
Deleting your account does not by itself refund Commits already bought. Ask for any refund you are due before asking for deletion.
